Returns & Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase we offer a 28 days returns policy. Products must be unworn / unused in original packaging, with tags and labels still attached.

How do Returns Work?

Send an email to info@aceattire.co.uk outlining the reason for return and we will provide you with a return label you can print out and take to your local post office.

Once we have received the return and confirmed it meets our return criteria your refund will be processed and funds returned to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non refundable (unless related to a faulty good)

The cost for returning an item will be deducted from your refund

Damaged Items
​
​If your order arrives damaged please inform us immediately so we can contact the delivery service and replace your order.
If the items(s) is, are faulty you should contact us within 7 days of receipt - we can only accept a claim of damaged/faulty items if their are unworn/unwashed/unused with tags and labels still attached,
We can not accept claims for items that have been damaged whilst being laundered or used.

Custom & Personalised
​
All custom and Personalised and DTF / Sticker prints items are excluded from our returns/refund policy unless there is an error in the production, in which case there will be no charge for the returned item.
